Occupying the gaze of a scientist, I interpret ideas and concepts from the world of biology through an aesthetic lens. I am interested in using art, a vehicle of ultimate subjectivity, to reflect the contemporary trend of questioning the acceptance of the scientific method at the level of faith. Once a tool for the portrayal of only the most holy subjects, an art context can also be used to raise the foundations of science to the level of awe. My practice is one of performing experiments, recording and concretizing a series of logical steps, predicated on mathematical systems and scientific theories, in the form of drawing.
